Terms of service
This document is available in every interface language. The English version is the reference.
1. The service
NOVA CV Architect builds resumes, scores them against a job description you paste, and exports print-ready PDF files. It is provided as-is while it is in beta, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
One account per person. Keep your password private and do not share a session cookie. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your session, including any public link you create.
3. Your content
You own every resume and cover letter you write. You grant this instance only the technical permission required to store the document and to render it when you ask for a PDF or a share link. Do not upload content you have no right to publish.
4. AI output
Rewrites are generated by a language model and can contain errors, including invented numbers or employers. Every suggestion is shown before it is applied and nothing is saved until you press Apply. Verify facts before sending an application.
5. Fair use and security
Automated scraping, credential stuffing, attempts to bypass rate limits and bulk account creation are prohibited, are rate-limited technically and are recorded in the audit log. Access may be suspended for abuse.
6. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law the service is offered without warranty and liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last twelve months. Material changes to these terms appear on this page before they take effect.
